When clicking Phone numbers in the Inventory section of Quality Assurance, you will get a list of phone numbers found on your site and on which pages they have been detected. Checking this list of phone numbers is useful when there are numbers that need to be updated or removed from your site.
Please note that we detect phone numbers based on your account settings. This means that if you are a US customer and one of your sites is in German (.de), Siteimprove will by default check for US phone numbers. Should you wish to check for phone numbers from one of the countries listed below instead, then feel free to submit a Support ticket. The following list shows which countries Siteimprove can detect phone numbers in.
Note: If phone numbers are not displayed within the Inventory section of Quality Assurance, it may be that:
- You are using a non-standard phone number pattern.
- Siteimprove needs to add an additional standard number pattern to our list. Please submit a Support ticket if you think this is the case.
- Siteimprove does not support phone numbers for your country.
- You have no phone numbers listed on your website.
