The Siteimprove CMS plugin is a small overlay box, that, after installation, will appear in your CMS platform and inform you about the issues related to the site/page that you are working on. This article is intended to demonstrate how to navigate the Siteimprove CMS Plugin.

The CMS plugin works as a small version of the Siteimprove Intelligence Platform and will only show information about pages that are available to our crawler. If you have excluded pages based on a common URL element, no data will be shown regarding those pages. So we will not be able to provide information about pages that have not been published yet.

When working in the CMS and being logged in to our plugin, we will do an immediate check of the pages when they are published and update our plugin with the information.

A small box appears when on a content page within the CMS, listing issues found on the page.

If you are working in a part of the CMS not related to a specific page, the plugin will provide you with information about the site in general and your plugin history.
