How Do I Export A Report In Accessibility?

This article is intended to guide you in exporting a report into either a document (.csv), an existing report template or creating a new report template in Siteimprove's Accessibility service. All components of Accessibility, apart from the Accessibility Overview are able to be exported into either documents (Excel) or into a report template. 

How to export a report into a .csv document in Accessibility
In this following example, our aim is to export Accessibility issues (one of the components of the Accessibility service) into an Excel sheet. This is a very simple procedure that can be done in a few steps. 

  1. Select Accessibility from main menu

  2. Select the component you want to export from the left-hand side menu. In this example, Issues has been selected. Note: All components can be exported apart from items in the Accessibility Overview.



  3. Click the Export button



  4. Choose between "Visible rows", that show issues that are visible on your page, or "All rows"

The Excel file will now download.

 

How to export a report into an existing or a new template in Accessibility

  1. Select Accessibility from the service selector

  2. Select the component you want to export from the left-hand side menu. In this example, Issues has been selected. Note: All components can be exported apart from items in the Accessibility Overview.

  3. Click the Export button

  4. Choose to export the issues to an "Existing template" or by creating a "New template".
