This article explains how to understand User Journey data.

As shown in the following example, a User journey has been set up from Siteimprove's front page (A) to the careers section of our website (B) to track how users navigate from one page to another. There are multiple ways to navigate to the specific end point (B), which are displayed under each User Journey.

From the above screenshots of this User Journey, we can conclude that:

1. 1,046 visitors completed this journey (from A to B) in multiple ways during the selected time period.

2. From the isolated example, 84.1% (880 visits) of the 1,046 visits completed this specific journey. 15.9% (166 visitors) did not complete this journey (from the front page to careers), which is defined as the Dropoff rate.
